Getting Kids Back to Being Kids

With vaccination of children 5-11 underway, on November 26, the Ontario College of Family Physicians and the Ministry of Health hosted an information session for healthcare workers to share the latest information and answer questions.

Moderated by Dr. Vinita Dubey, Associate Medical Officer of Health, Toronto Public Health, speakers included Chief Medical Officer of Health Dr. Kieran Moore and Associate Chief Medical Officer of Health Dr. Daniel Warshafsky, discussing the impact of COVID-19 on children and the science supporting vaccination. An expert panel from across health care took part in a moderated Q&A, presenting diverse perspectives on implementation.
